Purity at atomic scale

Our products: silane-28 and germane-73d
We have developed and patented a process for converting silicon tetrafluoride and germanium tetrafluoride, which are industrially unusable raw materials, into the critical key raw materials silane-28 and germane-73d, respectively, thereby making them reliably usable for your quantum device fabrication process.
What is “quantum grade”?
The term “quantum grade” is based on the terms “electronic grade” and “solar grade,” which are already established in the semiconductor industry. These describe semiconductor raw materials whose chemical purity is sufficiently high to be used for microelectronic applications (electronic grade) or photovoltaics (solar grade). For upcoming future technologies such as quantum computing, isotopic purity must be achieved in the raw material in addition to chemical purity (combined purity: quantum grade).

Our Mission
Our mission is to help build a European supply chain for future technologies. These technologies begin with the raw materials from which they are made. As a reliable supplier of isotopically pure semiconductors, we are ready to lay the foundation for the technological future.
